In The Beginning! Stop Being A Victim

Click on this banner. If you buy something I will make some money. That will be different. I am learning these tools myself. I like to dabble in trying to learn how to build a web site.

I will never forget the first time I was able to be on-line. It was like someone gave me a lolly pop made out of gold. Dollar signs sprung up all over my brain. I picked a MLM company. Can't even remember it's name. It was low cost, around $20.00 a month. Then my advertising started to go out. Day and night I was pumping those ads out one by one. Mostly free ads. I always seem to be on a small budget. That hasn't seemed to have changed after all these years either. My partner began to think she was a widow. Never seeing me. I was either working or on the computer. Obsessed with this machine. I couldn't think of anything else. All I could see was those dollar signs. You need to remember that this was at least fifteen years ago. Things have really changed.

As time marched on I was able to sign up twenty six people. It seemed easier to sign people up then. It's allot harder now. WOW, I thought that was really great and I was off to a good start. Low and behold, time to pay came around. Guess what? Hardly anyone wanted to pay their dues and allot of them dropped out. I was crushed. All that hard work down the drain. I can't tell you how many times this happened to me. To this day I haven't given up. I did create a very bad habit that has made it impossible to make money on-line. If something doesn't show me results right away, I join something else and move on. I have kept doing this for years. Therefore never getting anywhere, never making any money. I tried contacting my people who signed up to get them involved and rarely did I hear back from anyone.

Not hearing back from people who signed up on your web site always bothered me. They could have at least had the courtesy to write back and tell me they were just looking. Something, anything would have been nice.

I joined a club. The people running this club had a very large subscriber list. When they came across something they liked, they joined. Then they would send it out to their list with great promises of spillover and making lot's of money if you would join. Almost everyone jumped on the bandwagon. Doing this, I have yet to make a dime. You always have to put what you get back in to help your fellow net workers to cycle. Then when you put it back in, you never see another dime. This has happened to me more than once. I keep falling for it, time after time. The only one who is making any money off this is the one with the list. My recommendation is to pick something you love, join their forums, ask questions. Find out how people are making the money and copy them. Stay away from the so called team work clubs.

That's it for today folks. Check back with me tomorrow.
